Matthew 1:21 “And she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins.” KJV

As we prepare for the Christmas Holiday let us not lose sight of what this celebration is really all about. We are celebrating the birth of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am not too sure how our focus has moved so far away from that, but as we look around at all of the commercialism of this Holiday, it surely has. Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. He came as a sacrifice for our sins so that we can have eternal life with Him. Jesus is the reason why we are celebrating Christmas. Let us teach our children what the true meaning of this Holiday is all about. As you prepare for all of the festivities of this Christmas Season, let us make sure that we don’t lose sight of that. John 10:25 “Jesus answered them, I have told you so, yet you do not believe Me [you do not trust Me and rely on Me].
The very works that I do by the power of My Father and in My Father’s name bear witness concerning Me [they are My credentials and evidence in support of Me].” Amplified Bible

Jesus has given us so many examples in the Bible of His ability and willingness to do His Father’s Will. He is able to heal you if healing is what is needed. He is able to provide solutions to all of your circumstances, if you are willing to put your trust in Him. Jesus has proved Himself to us time and time again, but yet, we don’t believe. As Jesus said in the scripture above:
“I have told you” that whatever your needs are, I am fully capable of handling them. Look at Jesus’ track record. It is impeccable (Faultless, Flawless and Perfect). It is full of promise and He is willing and able to fulfill all those promises. Jesus’ word is the answer to all you need! His words still hold true for us today as it did for those who walked with Him when He was on the earth.
Let us truly begin to trust His word today. Be blessed.

“If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.” Amplified Bible

Loving God requires more than lip service; it means that you are willing to do whatever He commands you to do. Living a life that is well-pleasing to God means that you take His words, (both written and spoken to you), to heart. You don’t compromise on what He is telling you.
You do it, without wavering. You should live your life knowing that Jesus is truly The Lord of your life, and you should stop trying to live your life as men-pleasers. Do you really love The Lord today? Does the fruit of your life look like it? SELAH (Pause and Think About That) Be Blessed!

Psalm 107:1
**O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever!

Giving thanks to The Lord shows Him how much we truly appreciate His multitude of blessings in our lives. Loving God means that you should be expressing that love by giving thanks to your Creator; just like you show your love to your spouse, your children, family members and friends. GOD IS GOOD!! Despite what the world might say about Him, HE IS STILL GOOD, to us all!!
So give Him thanks today and this week as you celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday season. Give thanks to The Lord, tell everybody about His goodness!
Let The Lord be praised!

Psalm 121: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore.” (KJV)

God wants you to keep your eyes on Him
because He will never leave nor forsake you. He wants you to keep pushing forward, no matter the adversities and no matter how bad the circumstances look.
There may be trouble on every side, but The Lord, your God will keep you and will never let you fall. Just call on His Name! Call on the Name of Jesus! Remember, no matter how rough the road gets, Your God will be there to protect you and keep you safe from all harm. Trust the Lord today. Keep your
head up and your eyes looking towards the heavens where your help always comes from. Be blessed!

God has given us instructions to take comfort in the power of His Word, so that we
can have the patience we need to wait on our manifested blessings. We all have
prayers that we are waiting for the answers to, some for quite some time. But as long as you have a word from God, your hope is not in vain. I know that some of you have been wondering when then will I receive what I have been hoping and praying for? I cannot tell you that your prayers will be answered by tomorrow at noon. But I can tell you that if you are faithful to keep your trust in The
Lord, and if you keep your mouth speaking only what the word of God says about
your situation, you shall have what you have been hoping for. So don’t give up your confession of faith, God will not let you down. Be blessed today.

1 Peter 2:9: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” Amplified Bible

We are supposed to be shining forth the glory of God with our lives. People are supposed to be looking upon us and seeing the manifested power of the Most High God operating fully. There should be light in our eyes, the glory of God shining forth through our smiles and the peace of The Lord should be resting upon our countenance.

We are God’s chosen people. You are special to God. Start allowing the glory of God to shine forth through your life today. Allow the joy of the Lord to overtake you and shine forth into the darkness of this world, so that when people see your light, they will be drawn to the glory of your Lord; and you can then tell them about Jesus!

Let the manifested power of God be the beacon of light needed in your place of business, your home, your job and your school today. Wherever you go, let the glorious light of The Lord illuminate that place. So that there can be no denying it –‘YOU are a child of God, special and chosen of Him to shine through the darkness of this world!’ Be a blessed, bright shining light today.

Matthew 7:20
“Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits.” Amplified

As children of God we are supposed to question and look at who we are associating with. We should know who is for God and who is not. We should be looking at what the people we associate with are doing in their lives; this shows their fruit. What fruit do you see them bearing?

There are so many who have come in the name of Jesus, but He did not call them or send them. They are doing things for filthy lucre’s sake (Titus 1:11), and not caring about the fruit of the Spirit at all. But God says you shall know them (His true followers) by their fruit (Galatians 5:22 - 23); which is the result of what they doing with their lives.

Are they showing: love, joy, peace, faith, gentleness, meekness, goodness longsuffering and temperance,
or are the opposites abounding? We are to examine all fruit, ours included. Let us make sure we are living a life that is well-pleasing to Our Lord Jesus today. Be blessed.

Malachi 3:10
“Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now by it, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” Amplified Bible

“Prove Me” says The Lord. The Lord wants you to have the faith to sow your tithes and offerings believing that He will return them unto you multiplied. God wants us to do what He has commanded us to do. God wants us to see that He will do what He says He will do. But so many of us don’t even take that first step, we are not consistent in our giving. How many times has The Lord asked you to tithe or sow your offering through a ministry to Him; or to sow it into the life of an individual (yes your seeds sown can go to an individual as well) and you have refused to do so because you just don’t believe that God will do what He said. Our faith in God’s ability to bless us, to pour out manifold blessings has to increase in order for us to reap The Blessing. Prove God today! Do what He has commanded you to do, operate your faith and sow! See what The Lord can and will do on your behalf. Share your praise reports with us, we want to hear all about God’s goodness and His faithfulness! Be blessed today.
